I loved the layout of our room. The price was very good for the accommodations we got. The best part of this was the cleaning staff. In particular, One woman who was so over the top kind and sweet and customer friendly. She was awesome, even though we weren't in a room she was responsible for cleaning and stocking, she helped us with more cups and towels. We will be back for sure!! I wish I would have gotten her name.

The room was clean and comfortable.
We were not able to check in until 400. When we travel we like to be able to check in at least by 100. When we went back had to wait 25 minutes so many others had to come back to check in as well. One day it was raining heavily and when we tried to get into the door on the side of the building, neither of our keys would work, we got drenched running back to the car to go find another door that would work. Saturday when we returned to our room at 500pm we foundit had not been cleaned. I found a cleaning lady and she said one girl did not show up so they were running behind not acceptable

The rooms were nice and spacious,and very clean and updated. The hotel was kind and offered a complimentary happy hour to guests.

Had a great time just sitting at the bar talking to Ryan (Bartender), very relaxing time. He is an asset to the hotel. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. In the words of my boyfriend "It was the Bomb!"

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!
