Krångel med rumsanvisning när vi kom gjorde att vi en stund funderade över om vi hade nåt rum överhuvudtaget. Vid internt krångel av den här typen så är det viktigt att man talar om för kunden att rum finns, även om det inte blir just det som man planerat och att det dröjer en stund. I det här fallet stod personalen tysta och stirrade in i en dator "hur länge som helst"- vi stod bredvid, åxå länge, kändes det som.
