The ease of getting in and out of the hotel with my handicapped mother.

Our television did not have up to date controls or channels to watch. We did spend time in the hotel with my mother who is handicapped, and we couldn't find any guide to see what shows were available to us. It was very frustrating.

Comfortable beds and a nice continental breakfast. It didn't take much time at all to get anywhere in Erie from the inn.
