Hotel ideal for all points of view

Because of the work we had some trouble finding the hotel especially as the street bears two different names depending on the sides. Breakfast and restaurant in the evening impeccable.

A clean hotel with nice and helpful staff and the most amazing food!

This was our second stay at Dunstane House and I'm sure it won't be our last.It is accessible via the ring road without venturing into the chaos of Edinburgh. We find the walk into the city easy but others could catch the bus which stops right outside. The hotel has magnificent rooms with all facilities up to date. Food is excellent and the staff are even better; friendly, approachable and helpful.

A beautiful hotel and a great city to visit but a shame that there was so many road works!

Good location bus stop righ outside we got taxis back around £5.00 attentive staff we had a problem in our bathroom tht was quickly remedied good breakfast and lovely dinner my only suggestion would be to turn down the lighting in the dining room for dinner and light a few candles it would feel much more intimate and cosy more restaurant like.the room was well decorated and the shower room although small was more than adequate

Very nice, small and cozy hotel. The rooms were rather small, but otherwise everything perfectly.

The hotel was really great. The staff were really friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed our stay and will return.

We were very happy with our stay at Dunstane House, the staff were very helpful, the cooked breakfast was first class and the hotel room delightful, although small. There was no lift so for someone who had difficulty with stairs there could be a problem.
