Room was very clean and bedding was very comfortable.
My plane left Phoenix at 6;30. I called before getting on plane to find out how late the shuttle ran as I was arriving about 1 am. Was told by a gentleman that the last shuttle was at 2 am. Arrived Atlanta airport at 1:39 and called to make sure shuttle would be coming. Was told by the lady desk person that the last shuttle was at 1;30. I was fortunate that the only shuttle there (going to a different zone) had a driver that was willing to take me to my hotel for $10.00. Very frustrating.

Hotel was very clean with several restaurants nearby. Shuttle service was free to airport. Very pleased with our experience.

Very convenient location for short layover
Shuttle was not clearly identified as being part of another hotel's service. At least 8 or 10 of us assumed it never showed up, we were picked by a driver for another hotel and delivered to our location.

AC is to loud, but I am not used to AC´s

A pleasant hotel, and finally as a solo you will not even relegated to the corner
The staff at reception very friendly and helpful, shuttle service from the airport was very quick and even check in and out was very easy. I found it very pleasant, the two hours after the check someone called in and asked if everything my satisfaction would be to! I also found it very comfortable that I had a balcony and was able to let in air real ... not only AC as otherwise usual in American hotels
The beds were a bit too soft for my taste

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Keep up the great job!
Because of the weather, Giovanni's was an enjoyable place to get lunch and we loved how you could get to the restaurant through the hotel.
