The Balmoral Hotel

The hotel staff was great especially the ladies in the kitchen

I did not like the fact that there was a parking problem even though i had called and asked if there is enough parking on site. I suggest that they either inform their guests to pre book the parking and when its full they can send the cars to their overflow parking facility. Also they must make sure that the person who drives the cars is able to to do so as the driver that I was initialy given was unable to drive an automatic for some reason he nearly caused an accident. I also think that they need to urgently work on their lift as it looks really old and im sure it's cheaper to put a new one than loosing a perosn's life over the current one. I used it once and did not try it again.

Hotel was o.k.

Very poor internet-facilities,wlan didn't work on 3 of 4 days. I was allowed to use the staff-pc, but even there the internet-connection was slow and often broke down.
