Getting to the hotel is very confusing. I had to go through the Maya Restaurant parking lot to find my way to the hotel. Finding the entrance to road by the Holiday Inn is hard to find too.. More lighting around building would help when trying to find a parking spot.

Your front desk staff was WONDERFUL!!!!!! I'm by myself, have tons of questions, and they were THERE for me!!! PERFECTION!!!
The heating system didn't work very well.

The 2 young men that checked us in were very helpful with questions and looking up information regarding the upcoming air show in the Duluth area, etc. The room we were given was very nice/clean

The staff were very helpful,courteous and friendly. Your Park and Fly is an excellent idea and I have used your hotel on more than one occasion and would do so again. Location was good for all amenities; just needed to have the entrance to the hotel cleaned from the snow. Felt comfortable at the hotel.

Convenient to shopping and restauraunts
Toilet was dirty at check in we just cleaned it with clorox wipes ourselves walls are paper thin could hear housekeeper knocking on adjacent doors early in A.M and heard her say s#it when she opened someones door then she knocked on our door at 9 before we even had checked out would have mentioned this at checkout but desk attendant was busy on phone

It was clean and quiet, a nice continental breakfast, good variety.
We are seniors and would have appreciated a hire bathroom stool and grab bars in the bathroom.

Swimming pool and friendliness of staff
Parking lot is so severely rutted I was afraid to knock the car tires out of alignment or bend a rim.
Cleanliness. Debris on floor upon arrival to the room. Debris in hallways all the time of our stay.
Limited handicapped rooms requiring us to navigate stairways several times per day including getting our luggage up to our rooms.
