This was our second stay at this hotel. Location: This hotel is convenient for us to go to the fair and easily by tram to the center of Cologne to go. Atmosphere: the rooms are beautiful and functional.
The long queue for the reception on arrival and then the fact that the lady at the desk 3 times said I had not paid and only after I insisted again looked into the computer and said I actually had already paid. Shower in a bath clumsy. A brace to handle would be handy.
