The whole staff was super helpful. The room was ready very early. The beds were very comfortable. The event-room, bar, restaurant and room were very clean. Great place to stay!
There was NOTHING I did not like!

Everything was fine - everything a 7 or better.
Only one staff person at the check-in counter which resulted in a long wait. Also, the sliding doors were not closing which made the waiting to check in uncomfortable because of the cold air.

Everyone EXCEPT the blonde lady that checked us in was very personable.

Nice room
Way too small for size of meeting. My opinion is that you should have declined to host a meeting of 700 people because you are not equipped for that size group. We were backed up into your lobby and completely blocked your lobby for probably an hour.

I was pleased to see that the hotel was updated and the rooms were very much improved since I stayed there five years ago. The staff was helpful and everyone was very friendly as well as helpful.
