The staff was very accomidating,friendly, And made our stay extremely comfortable.it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one.

The area and the accessability of the hotel from the highway. Nice, new, neat facility appearance with useful lobby seating area
1. Not providing a free continental breakfast as an option for a hotel within this price range does not accommodate a family-friendly stay. 2. Pillows were to small, too flat and not enough of them to help make up the difference. Buy some real pillows...or at least more of the same.

Although we prefer four and five-star hotels (the Paris Hilton has always been one of my favorites), your Hilton Garden Inn in Clarksburg is certainly a good hotel for its location in the wilds of West Virginia.
No, nothing that you could reasonably provide for a hotel at this location.
