We've stayed here a few times and always enjoyed it (it's a good half way point from Santander to Lisbon). The only thing I would change would be the dinner menu which to me seems to lack sometyhing plain and simple. I am sure many travellers would appreciate some dishes which are less rich.

Very good service and comfortable facilities. The breakfast buffet, great. The excellent staff. All very well. Nevertheless, we may improve the cleanliness of the rooms, which is not too much care ...

The feeling of being in a room like that.
That the car park unattended.
