Staff very helpful and friendly .Very customer focussed. Facility for hot drinks was an excellent feature.
Hotel decor very run down and shabby- needed a repaint. Price for breakfast expensive compared to other similar low cost hotels.(e.g. 4.00 euros with top ups,compared to 8 euros at Dijon stars) Choice of breakfast items very limited.
Hotel corridor had a strange, not pleasant smell.
