Noise a big power outage (3 + hours of 10 am), which involved no light at the waking-no hot water so a toilet with water-ice so no elevator he took down the stairs by stairs that were not illuminated. -The final touch was the breakfast that we paid for two people, it was limited to cold milk grain bun and fruit juice concentrate undrinkable (no coffee / no water) and all this without no excuse PERSONNEL (which I understand was an overworked but still, we had paid for a certain supply ...)
