Very polite and helpful staff, and sympathetic to guests' needs,stylish interiors and furnishings.Status-Radisson is the best.Good breakfast and bar facilities.Ease of access to car parking and public transport.
No minibar and difficult 'out of hours' drinking facilities.very poor entertainment romm facilities.i.e TV menu was dreadful-no pay per channel, or satellite, only 4 channels(except 2 foreign-arabic and polish)no DVD or internet access in some rooms.No patio or outdoor bar or other facilities for smokers in comfort.Obliged to stand in the street to smoke and be approached by marauding drunks.

Spacious room with good lighting for reading at night. Central location.
Car parking was over priced at £15 overnight esp on a Sunday when the hotel was not full. I would have tried somewhere else.

Central location, walking distance to shops, cardiff bay, areas of interest. Good location for walking to bus and train terminals. Clean and quiet. Helpful staff.
The cooked breakfast was not appetizing. On our second morning we opted for cereal, boiled eggs and fruit which we found to be much better.

Fantastic location, close to everything - train station, resturants, bars, shops millenum stadium etc. Professional hard working and friendly staff, spottlessley clean hotel, lovely rooms, and a lovely breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and have already booked up for next year. Fully recommended hotel.

I was told that parking was first come first served when I booked but having arrived extra early on the day of check-in I was told the policy was to now to pre book. As they had my e-mail address why did they not inform me of the procedure change?

Well located for access to city centre and railway stations. Lots of restauraunts near.
Adequately comfortable although sparce. Room was Ok for overnight stay, but I have stayed at better more comfortable hotels nearby. Would not by choice stay there again. Hotel advertised resident internet corner, but this was not yet available which was very inconvenient as I did not take my laptop. Breakfast was below average, tables not cleaned properly.

Good location near rail and bus stations.Also very good for city centre amenities.
Only gripe , the price of room and breakfast. I feel this should be an inclusive price and the choice of hot or cold breakfast should be up to the individual.

Parking was not really satisfactory and the pull in outside the hotel was all but invisible at night in the rain. We went around the block at least twice.
