We loved the people. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We also loved the walled city and walking all around was so easy. We loved the Chateau and the Basilica. My daughter walked the ramparts all around. We also enjoyed the breakfast! It was a beautiful room in a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city.

The room was lovely, the staff very helpful and the Barbacane restaurant was fabulous
It would have been nice to have an alternative dining option in the evening within the hotel, even though there are other choices nearby in Carcassone

Friendly bartender and top-notch housekeeping.
1. Shower plumbing was shaky/loose. Could benefit from a larger Grohe rain shower series shower head. 2. Front desk did not know where to get a copy of the Cite map/history you display in lobby outside of bar
