Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. They provided a room for the parents to go to hang out which was perfect to keep noise down in the halls for those who wished to get an early night's sleep. The restaurant food was delicious. Thanks again for a great stay.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, though somewhat time-worn. Location is great: adjacent to Walden Galleria mall and near Buffalo airport. This is why I chose the hotel. Apart from the room, we didn't use any hotel facilities.

We used the workout room a lot, it was a nice size. The pool area was nice, but the water was a bit too warm. i liked the overhead skylights and especially having them open. The rooms were pretty quiet, we never heard an airplane. Loved being so close to the mall and restaurants!
Hotel was pretty, but does need to be updated.

Very easy to get to work in the morning from your location and return home as the access to I90 is nearby.
Trash from the room the first night was left in the room after it had been apparently cleaned.
