Quality Inn & Suites Brossard

Breakfast, close to restaurant, room clean but in much need of maitenance.

One person working front desk at book on time. We were lined up after travelling all day and tired. Ceiling fan hanging off ceiling, bathroom hair dryer hanging off wall, lamp shades torn, extremely dirty stained carpets throughout hotel, flat cheap pillows.

Personnel courtois. Bon repas. Tranquille.

I prefer the breakfast buffet, the breakfast you have I didn't liked it that much

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. We wanted to use public transportation into and out of Montreal, and the staff gave us information regarding bus schedules and the metro. We were in Montreal for a concert and the staff remembered that we had mentioned this and asked how we had enjoyed the concert, upon our return from the concert that evening. The laundry facility was clean and I was glad to see it was open 24 hours. The free hot breakfast was delicious every morning, and the servers were patient with our French. The rooms were clean, and there were enough towels and facecloths every day.
