Amenities.
In consistency in service. One night room service served by a polished, tuxedoed individual with clean tray, linens, etc. Next night, some casual looking individual carrying a broken, dirty tray with no silverware or napkins, etc. Not acceptable. Probably won't stay there again.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Staff on the check in date was awful! The second day I was there they change staff and was much better. Hotel is old. Elevators take forever. In the mornings it's impossible to get up or down because is always packed.

Loved have a great restaurant within the hotel. The airport shuttle was the main reason we stayed and that service was excellent.

Great service and a beautiful facility. The service was fantastic,everyone was very accommodating. It was also very close to the airport and offered shuttle service. This offered us a very pleasant experience.

The accommodations, both in the room and the training that was performed on the lower level were great!
The temperature in the restaurant was a little too cool.
