The facility was spacious, and very clean. The water park was a treat for my 5 year old grandson.
The shower was very difficult to adjust.

The theater was acceptable to the hotel, we stayed because of the pageant that my great granddaughter was in.
Even after we told them we were with the pageant, they still charged us full price, with out a breakfast. The hotel needs updating, rooms are small, the pool is super small & no hot tub and way to expensive. It is to far away from shopping & places to eat.

Nice facilities & activities for children. Newly updated rooms with common areas to follow. Indoor pool & water slide was great for off season swimming
The sound proofing in the hotel is not great. Can hear the hall, rooms next door, & rooms above you very easily which makes turning in early of young children quite difficult. And by early I mean 10-11pm

Easy access to venues within the city. Staff was exceptionally great and friendly.
I don't think I could think of anything I didn't like. It does need updating, but they were starting that process on 12/10.

The room was clean, bed comfortable. Although I did not bring children, I went to the splash area, it was very nice. I may bring my grandchildren back someday.

It was a wonderful facility and very convenient for we stayed at the Welk Timber Lodge for four nights previous to staying at the Welk Hotel. We also attended the Tony Orlando Christmas Show and ate our breakfasts at the Stage Door Restaurant. What a wonderful buffet!

I liked the movie channels that the TV had and the pool was very nice.
We ordered a King size room, but when we got there our room was going under some type of construction. They had no more King size rooms left and so we were put in a two queen room. We were not offered a refund or anything even though the room we had bought originally was more money. We were just upset because it was our anniversary and we had to end up sleeping in separate beds because there wasn't enough room.
