The breakfasts were great. Staff very helpful.
Its not that I didn't like something but noticed the beds weren't carefully made - corners hanging out.

I showed up after 3pm and still had to wait for a room. Then the next morning my daughter had dance competitions and we were unable to shower or get ready due to no hot water so needless to say it wasn't a very plesant morning with all the stress and no one trying to make it right.

I was there on business so location was close to office I was going to.
Staff was rude,only one computer that was slow and not working part of the time, construction going on that was very disruptive- could not get on and off elevator very well, would have liked more hot variety for breakfast like scrambled eggs and bacon.

The willingness of the staff to accomodate my needs--allowing early check-in and changing my room from King to Double Queen.
The hotel was clean and the facilities were comfortable.
Not completely in your control, but the hot tub was not really available (it was kept at a low temperature because of renovations).

The cheerful and expert services at the desk. The wonderful shuttle drivers. The willingness of the kitchen staff to accommodate our needs. The availability of drinks at all times. The quality of the food. Location being close to restaurants, movie, and shops.

The staff was very accomodating and helpful. We needed a handicap access room and it was very nice. The breakfast was great with a good variety of foods to select from. The cozy fireplace in the lobby was especially inviting on a cold winters night!!
