Holiday Inn Bloomington-Airport, an IHG Hotel

Very nice room and comfortable bed. Front desk staff were terrific!

Better lighting in the bathroom.

It is a beautiful and very clean facility and it was great to be so close to the airport.

I struggled a bit with the matress. Just couldn't seem to get comfortable. I learned later that the coffee pots were new but I couldn't get it to work but once. It was a bit difficult to find my way into the facility from the highway. Signage would be helpful.

Room was recently remodeled with all the new updated amenities. Comfortable stay.

Was there for a wedding. It was close to their venue. The room was fine.

Came in at around 1:00pm. There was a hotel block for a wedding and the young blonde girl at the front desk had an attitude when I asked it it was possible for an early check in. Even if it were not an option, anyone is customer service knows that you should at least appear like you care. More than half your business that weekend was for a 300 person wedding which I stood up in. You had the potential to get another large block of people there for a wedding in September of this year, but with the terrible service and below average breakfast, I'll say it's out. I love holiday inn's but for being a relatively new hotel, it was terrible. Thank goodness it is near the airport because it needs some major changes-especially for large group accommodations.

Everyone there was so nice, easy check in and out. The room was very clean and comfortable.
