Perfect location, good communication with tram to downtown. Were came especially for Jumping (CSI Basel) and had excellent communication to St. Jakobshalle Basel.

The Staff were very good and helpful and will do room service. The food was very good. The rooms are quite basic; well decorated although the hallways are a little tired.

What the room they offer was not accorinding to the booking. And there was no manager at the receiption during the check-in, so that, you can not request them to fulfill your request.
