Helpful staff, excellent room, next check in
There were toiletries from previous guests who were not removed (or put separately, but vergereten removing).

Convenience to Air and Rail Services etc
Buffet breakfast was not as good as in previous stays. Fried eggs were like rubber, fried bread was too crisp and disintegrated, and scrambled egg looked awful.

Closeness to the airport, NEC and easy access to the city centre.
The food from the a la carte was lovely but the dinner buffet was not very hot.
