I loved everything. The pleasant people working there, so kind and nice, always smiling and helpful. The clean rooms, comfortable beds. It was great.

Very quiet room, lots of towels and prompt room service

Ran out of shampoo/conditioner and soap in the shower. Strong smoke smell on 1st and 2nd floor.

We have enjoyed Treasure Bay several times over the years, even when on the water. We feel you keep the machines where they pay, even a little bit and make it fun. We were surprised, though, at the strong smell of smoke as soon as you enter the hotel/casino. I will stay come back though!!!

The room was fantastic and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

The slot machines were not our friends and the rooms need microwaves. On a serious note. The girl who was working the Players Club counter was very unfriendly and somewhat sarcastic when we tried to ask questions.
