Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Beckley, an IHG Hotel

The pull out couch bed for the grand kids was broken. They gave us an extra room at no charge.. really good people...

Upon checkin in we were given a key to a room that was occupied. Had to wait an hour for another room. Asked person at front desk 3 specific questions about the room and was told (yes) to all three questions only to be told later that evening that one of the requests was not possible. Seemed to be a "Children's hotel being that the inside pool was occupied with about 50 to 75 children all evening. When I asked about all the children was told be fromt desk managment that theit Hotel was a stopover for the Ski Resort that was located near the hotel. Was very disapointed with managment, knowledge of of front desk staff and hotel as a hole. Would not rcomment Hoildiday Inn Suites Beckley Virginia to ANYONE

Everything was just right. The motel seemed to have a lot of guests but it did not distract from the service or atmosphere. We will make this facility our regular stop over in our travels. Thank you to all.

This is about the 4th or 5th stay at this Holiday Inn. We keepe rebooking because of the service and all of the above qualities.

The staff was excellent

A minor item they need more carts to move luggage with.
