EXCELLENT HOTEL, EXCELLENT AND STAFF.

Helpful staff and cleanliness of the room.

The only flaw is the absence of BIDET BUT NOT A PROBLEM FOR THIS HOTEL BUT ALL IN GENERAL.

Satisfactory to good

Secured parking, legible route to hotel, good rooms, clean

Only french speaking, english is very bad; egg breakfast, not a fried egg as possible, internet (wifi) one had to first completely self-register in person, only then internet, too much hassle.

Check in staff not familar with my booking. I had to impress on them that I had a copy of reservations, and they then found my booking. Were going to charge more that is breakfast,even though it was included in my booking. I also had requested a baby cot in room, no reference was made to this, and as I was quite cross, trying to prove my booking, I didn't persue with baby cot. Staff did speak good English. All other staff in hotel were lovely and the check out staff were nice. Location was quite and peaceful. 10min walk to talk, down hill, longer back.

Breakfast. Check out staff more up to date.

Check in staff. Proving my booking after travelling all day with a baby didn't aid to start of holiday. Also when asking desk staff to aid ordering a pizza got a call to room 20 minutes later to say to call to reception, to be told that needed a minimum order for Pizza company to deliver. We recordered and then after another 30 minutes got a call to go to reception, and this time told the Pizza place was now closed. They then suggested another pizza place and after 20 minutes

A good hotel for the quality treatment. Maybe if the restaurant on Saturday it is open is not a bad thing, but for the rest ok. You can come back.

Courtesy and the silence of the whole complex.

Nobody except for a greater attention to teaching road if they are not.

Overall good value for money. The hotel was clean and the staff extremely helpful. Next time in Bastia, I will stay here again.

It didn't feel like a hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful.
