Wonderful location and view, nice and comfortable room, excellent breakfast and the most friendly and helpful staff. I have experienced in a long time.
Like absolutely everything in Switzerland the price is high for someone coming from England but in comparison with other hotels it was not excessive

The location, with a room overlooking the Rhine, was excellent. The desk manager was extremely helpful when the awning did not work in our room and found a solution agreeable to us very quickly. Breakfast was excellent.
No air conditioning. When we closed the window, there was no noise, however with high temperatures and no a/c, closing the window was not an option. Very expensive for a plain, average-size, non-descript room. However, Switzerland is extremly expensive, so by those standards, perhaps it was good value.
