Very helpfull staff restaurant and terrace were well kept and easy to use.
It would be helpfull if you had animal free rooms as well as non smoking rooms for people who suffer with allergies and not allow animals in the restaurant as we found during our stay.

We have stayed here before and find it a good stopping point on the way back from the Alps. The food is good but there is not a great deal of choice.

Convenience for the journey
There is no kettle and tea/coffee facilities in the rooms - not good when arriving after a long journey

A comfortable and relaxing night after an all-day drive, staff were pleasant and professional.

In the dark, I find it difficult to 'pick' out the NOVOTEL direction signs on the roundabout on the approach to the Hotel. They are dark in colour and placed low to the road, not easily visible from the entry point to the commercial area.
