Reception. We had a very friendly and helpful receptionist. After a long hot day in the auo the pool was wonderful.

Too bad we found a small sofa that we two nine-year-old boys had lost. We had (wrongly) understood that there are two single beds and a double would be. We also found the location close to public transport to the city. The restaurant in the hotel we found very expensive.

The staff is always friendly, leave us a thing in the room and then solved it and the room for children.

We chose this hotel because of the swimmming pool as we have got an 11 year old child .Our son discovered a play room with "Play station 2"We had a nice stay though the room with the big bed and the sofa-bed for the kid is a bit "tight" but ok.The location is very good with children as there is a big park for kids to play ,cinemas and bars with fast food, sandwiches and simple menus.The hotel is a little away from Bilbao but well communicated as there is an underground station (Ansio) where the B.E.C. (Bilbao Exhibition Center) is, at about 10 minutes walking,and there are a lot of places to leave the car near the hotel.

We visited the Guggenheim Museum(by underground), Potugalete(by underground)its famous bridge and Gernika(by bus)

Everything was ok. and our son was happy with the pool and the play room (play station 2!!)
