Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Austin Airport

It was great! The staff were friendly and it was perfect for my overnight stay after getting in from a late flight.

The shuttle service does not begin until 6:00.

Comfortable beds

No napkins at breakfast, no plain creamer. only flavored creamers.

A/C unit had to work hard to cool and we checked in late.

Everything is always clean and in working order. Staff is always courteous and helpful.

Clean, hospitality, great breakfast and near the airport..

Got bad directions one time from front desk, but really not a problem at all..

Ice only in lobby, no refrigerator, breakfast served after I left weekend mornings.

Don't let the "Micro" in the name fool you, there was nothing small about this place. Staff, Location, Cleanliness, Comfort, Services, Price, Quality was top notch! Staff went out of thier way to accomadate a special request I had for food storage. Friendly, courteous and professional staff made us feel right at home. I have recommended this to all my fellow co-workers, family and friends and even posted Microtel Inn as the best place to stay in Austin on my Facebook! I cannot say enough good things about Microtel and its ENTIRE staff of workers, desk clerks, managers, cooks, housekeeping etc. Thank you so much to everyone at the Austin Texas location, I wish i would have gotten some names for special thanks. Overall review from me gets highest marks!!

The only thing I did not like was that I didn't find out about this place for my previous stays in Austin. :)
