App. was not properly cleaned. Furthermore, there were stray cats who (at night) just arrived.

Our family (my husband, me and our child 6 months old) stayed at Apartamentos Plataneras on April 24 - May 01, 2009. We were quite satisfied with the apartment and service. The staff provided us with a good baby bed.

We found the apartments to be quite well located, however for the money we paid, we felt that at least a safety deposit box could be provided in the room rather than reception (as would be the norm anywhere else we stay). The facilities are quite good but don't expect spacious accomodation - the rooms are quite small and pokey. A sign outside the reception would also be helpful in finding the apartments. Overall however, the price we paid for the apartments was quite steep considering I have stayed in superior accomodation on other canary islands for a lot less

Very attentive staff. In fact before the room change request there were no problems. Regular cleaning, a day spent not cleaning. The location pretty good. As for the regular price because the facilities are quite deterirodas, cracked several unsettled as the door locks, refrigerator without all the accessories, kitchen with doors to the lack of furniture, broken bathroom countertop etc and it was unacceptable that watch TV you had to put a eur per hour. For the price it could be either free tv, charging for days as the last remedy. Not repeated.

Nice and clean easy reach to beach. Nice and clean at the pool areas.
