La disponibilité et gentillesse du personnel, le confort
Chambre attribuée non vérifiée sûrement : un fumeur auparavant, fenêtre non fermée (donc plein d'eau à l'intérieur), fenêtre non jointive (courant d'air). Mais nous avons pu, sans problème et avec gentillesse de la part du personnel, changer de chambre (où il manquait une lunette sur les toilettes).
Hôtel sonore entre les chambres, et le couloir (mais un groupe de russes assez dissipés dans le même couloir ...)
