We were gefahlen hotel, only hotel beach was expensive and too far

The reception staff were excellent; professional yet friendly. Requests met with ease - loan of umbrella; town map; taxi (which they efficiently arranged for me to share with 2 others going to the same destination).

We all enjoyed the stay very much!

Excellent young staff. stayed there twice. not a top hotel but very adequate for holiday base.

I can't recommend this hotel to anyone, who would like to spend nice and relaxing vacation there.This hotel belongs to the worst I have ever been to.Don't believe the photos!Although it may seem nice, the reality is different.The rooms are dirty and uncomfortable, the whole hotel would need maintainance.The staff was unpleasant and made a lot of mystakes during the whole stay.The fitness-centre is pretty small and the opening hours ridiculous.....the management of this hotel should think more about the needs of guests....The room service was unable of bringing us simple coffee with milk, we always got hot milk only!Moreover, many times I found hair in the food! Maid service was bad as well, they didn't come for two days and we were always running out of toilet paper.This hotel is overpriced and isn't worth staying at all!

I was expecting more from a 4 **** Hotel!
