Check-in staff was not very warm, but other staff was wonderful.

I loved it all very much. I did however find the room to be very hot even with the thermostat turned off. My friend, on the other hand, loved the heat. Hard to please everyone.

My stay was short as I arrived late in the evening and had to leave early for meetings, but when I arrived the front desk staff were courteous and pleasant and I like the location because it is very accessible to my office.

Doreen and I were very happy with the service and the room.
The only problem I had was due to a bath I wanted to take. I could not figure out how to put the plug into the drain to hold the water in the tub. I did not know how much force I should used to put it down and I didn't want to break it. I didn't know what it meant on the top when it said "flip it".

I lived the suite. Very impressed with the amenities.
No ice machine on the floor. It was a bit of walk to get to where it was which was difficult due to my back injury.

The room was comfortable and spacious for a small suite. The lobby is very pleasant, a nice social space, and good brunch on the weekends.
One small improvement - the floor lamp in the room did not work. Perhaps a new bulb was needed. Perhaps something more serious. But reading in the kitchen and seating area was not possible after late afternoon.
