The location is fantastic, also with close by parking. The staff was friendly always with a ready smile, and helpful,
I had notified reception about a flickering light on level 7, and shortly after it had been attended to.
I also found the hotel very quiet.
My room was clean.
With the renovations soon finished the entrance will be more welcoming, it it was good to see that security was always at street level.
It was impossible to contact reception by phone, and a message I had left was never answered.
When I made the booking on the 1800 number my credit card details were rejected as I have international payments disabled, and after a later calll I found out that the payment had been processed in Australia later, and my room was positively reserved.

The ensuite triple rooms, the comfortable beds and pillows plus super location.

The location was excellent and the breakfast very good. My only challenge was to have to use a shared bathroom (although I was aware I had to when booking)

The hotel was well situated, however it was worn, thus made a bit of a poor impression. We booked through a website at a special rate, and there for price / quality was good. The breakfast was also fine.
The hotel could do with a bit more improvement as far as carpet in the hotel room was concerned.
