Upon opening and closing, the elevator door made very strange noises.

Exercise room in poor shape. Broken machine, no weights.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet. We brought our small dog with us and we're only charged $25 for a part for the whole 4 day stay. We stayed at a hotel down the street 2 months earlier and we're charged $75! we will definitely stay at the John Jay next time
We got in late a couple of nights, once after 10 and once about 9:30, and the side/back door was locked. We had to walk around to the front carrying quite a few things each time. I wish the door wasn't locked (it's not open to anyone...the room key poems the door, but after a certain time, even that doesn't open the door.

We were given a ground floor room at our request which was great as we had a dog with us. Thank you for allowing pets. Breakfast is very good. Room nice and clean.

Check in is so efficient and relaible. The rooms are always clean, and breakfast is there if you want it. We stay frequently when we visit our daughter and her family in Palmdale.

Nice bright room. Pleasant furnishings. Comfortable bed. Haven't tried the breakfast because we always take our son out for breakfast when we visit here. We have stayed here several times and enjoyed each stay.
It is difficult to enter coming from #14 because of the no U turn at the signal.
