The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy for a good night sleep. Can't beat the location for MSG concert.

We were able to get into our room rather early around 10 but noticed a traypf food between our rooms
Hotel was under construction so there was no lobby and it was very cramped when we were checking in
Elevators were not working so after waiting for quite sometime we walked down the 6 flights
When we reached the bottom I went back to the reservation desk to notify them about the elevators the manager did not seem overly concerned. Btw when we returned at 6 pm the sane dirty tray was outside our rooms so I told them at the front desk and when I returned at 9:45 it was finally gone
See above but I would not necessarily recommend this hotel until the renovations were completed
Then I would probably recommend it

The bed was so, so comfortable! Also staff was very friendly. Liked the walk in shower. Room was very quiet.
Room was kind of small. No where to put your luggage and no closet.
