Great access to court yard, restaurant and food

All was good. Reception at front a bit flat.

I requested the bill I was told that the issue had eurobooking but I did not like the way I was told just so friendly that I have not even asked for the points because I thought as I answered chhissà

This was my third return visit & after a long flight from Australia I was happy that I was back at your Hotel.

The receptionist could not raise a smile, MOST disappointing after the previous staff that I had encountered. Please replace the girl working in the Cocktai Bar, she turned more people away from the bar that attracted to it, absolutely NO PERSONALITY!!!!!

Staff has NO service.

Location is scary!!! Would not feel safe walking around the area in daylight, even less so after dark. Odd smell in the bedrooms, not pleasant. One bed seemed to have been “messed with”. Did housekeeping forget to change the sheets and tidy it up after the last folks left? Lucky there were two in the room. Pillow cases had stains on them on arrival! ¼ of a toilet roll in the bathroom, where was the spare? OK, the staff did give one when asked. Wife was prepared to walk out whilst we were still in reception but I had already paid in advance so could not get a refund. Towels that seem to have been used already. Toilet seat fell off the toilet when lifted. Cockroach found in kitchen sink in the morning. Towel rack has more rust than a 1972 Ford Pinto. Shower fixed in the wall at a height that meant kneeling down was essential (I am only 5’10”). Bath did not drain when having a shower, meant feet and ankles were covered with water. Bath has a large chip in the enamel. Bathroom has green grout – suspect this is to hide the mould. The bar/restaurant noise goes on until just after midnight but is loud, as are the guests. Parking is limited compared to the size of the hotel. Many guests seem to spend their time around the pool drinking/smoking. Internet connection is poor in a room near the office. This might explain why so many are around the pool? The website showed a businessman and his PA in a tidy lobby and the pool looks bright and clean. This has got to be the most unlikely hotel a business person would use. As for enjoying a relaxing time round the pool…. If it was a Club 18/30 hotel I might understand it better. Staff helpful when problems put their way. Just a shame they start washing down the pool area with a hose very early in the morning. Value for money – way over priced! The staff did not ask if we enjoyed our stay when we checked out. Shame as I would have given them the list above plus a few other home truths.

Limited food availability within the hotel. The location makes it undesirable to leave the premises

I particularly enjoy the pool & the patio area. There is a party like atmosphere that makes a vacation more enjoyable.

The only thing I didn/t like is that there is no where to get anything to eat during lunch hours

I board loved anything at all. It would, in the ranking to a level to safety because other hotel guests were allowed to drink every night. The hotel was very Adventurer Bruille especially around the pool. They provide computers for outdoor installation fee but can not be quiet fesaient have to harass. Never short in this hotel.
