It is a beautiful place to stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and gracious. We had no problems during our visit. The perk of access to the 9th floor breakfast was nice.
We checked in at 4 pm and there was some question as to if our room would be ready. I would have thought that by that time there would be no question.
