The front desk clerk was very kind and friendly.
The hotel is very dirty, I found dead bugs on the bathroom floor and the carpet in many areas had not been vacummed in a long time. I was very muched concerned of weather to stay or leave. I did stay but will not return.

The value was very good. For the Wedding we were participating in, this was the ideal location, and the price was significantly lower than the other nearby hotels. The staff was very friendly, and there was a small breakfast (bagels, cereal, oatmeal) for us, which was not expected given the low price we paid. A very good stay
This is just a personal thing, and working in hotels before I know it could've been resolved by a phone call, but the pillows were all the same. I don't like my pillows to elevate my head very much, and it would be nice if one of the 8 pillows in the room was a little thinner.

The hotel was close to Norte Dame and our daughter
There weren't enogh plugs. If you wanted to use the microwave you had to unplug something else. Thought thast since was a suite that there would be
possible a tabvle and chairs to sit and play cards with out having to rearrange the room.
