The hotel is beautiful. The staff is very nice.
I'm not sure that anything can be done about this. Our room had a window above a seafood delivery unit. For a good part of the night, into the morning, there were trucks backing in and loading. It was very loud. We would hear the beep while the truck backed up, and everything be wheeled onto the truck. I would still go back, I'll just make sure my room in in a different location

The overall experience was wonderful - it's one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever been to and the food was amazing.

Everything without exception was excellen and as good as any 5-star hotel I've stayed in. It reminded me of the Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas only the Beauport was more elegant and not the least bit pretentious.

Can't have a smoke outside on their property.

WE enjoyed the room, the Sunday Brunch, the card and bottle in the room - would have liked to have spend a more leisurely full weekend - hope to return!
Great atmosphere - location a tad cramped - but we were there on a snowy weekend
