Your toilets are to low, you need high boys, not just in handicapped rooms either.

House keepers and other staff were friendly. I liked the café breakfasts but did not try lunch or dinner or wine.

Air quality was poor. Three feet into the lobby my lungs reacted to the heavy smell of disinfectant, air freshener, carpet cleaner, something too fragrant. Same thing in our room. I had to use my asthma inhaler frequently.

It's always great staying with you guys when we come to visit family. When we compare you to other places we have stayed, there's no comparison! This time we were close to the parking lot and had a super comfy king sized bed!

Only wish the price had been a little lower....

Staff was helpful...my card was working and they were very helpful in explaining that it got De-magnetized--they corrected the problem and it was fine.

I had to wait 30 minutes to use the gym...the two treadmills were being used by folks who were working out for a very long time...but not sure you could do anything about that...
