I liked the breakfast & "happy hour" snacks included in the price. The staff was quite friendly & helpful. My suite was clean, spacious, & comfortable. I also liked seeing Butch & Sundance, the hotel's royal swans.

Very very friendly service. From the front desk to the bartender at the managers reception we felt very welcome and special. Also we loved the premium floor (6th). It was so nice to have snacks and drinks available to have to bridge the time before meals. Very impressed with it all.

It was a great stay! This was our first stay at the ES-Arboretum; we usually stay downtown. I chose it specifically because it was close to all of the trip events. We prefer ES because there is a sitting room separate from the bedroom. The royal swans were enjoyable to watch. The breakfasts during our stay was great; the cook was fabulous! We didn't participate in the happy hours because of our events. I lost my prescription glasses and the front office manager and maids were very helpful in finding them. We look forward to our next trip to Austin and staying with ES.

The staff were friendly and the cleaning staff were excellent.
There were no trash receptacles to put your trash in, and during the drink and snack time each night there was food and drinking vessels all over and you could not clean your sitting area because of nowhere to throw away your trash. At breakfast, you could not clear away a table to use because there was no receptacle to dispose of the previous diner's trash.
