They went out of their way to get my room ready when I arrived early, and the grounds are lovely!
Only that there was an old "dial" on the door that indicated clearly that check-out was at noon. Fortunately I asked at the front desk and learned it was 11 a.m.; don't know what they'd have done had I not asked and waited until noon to check out.

Beautiful garden/pool area and lobby. Once resituated in a air conditioned room, things were fine.
Our first room had no air conditioning. In over 100 degree heat, not good. Ants in the bathroom as well.

It's a little Hamlet. Old but nice and clean and everything your need. Nothing luxurious but meet our needs.
The only thing that was not good was the temperature controls. It was freezing in our room. We could turn the AC off but then it would get too hot. So we kept it freezing cold and I slept with my hoodie on my head and extra clothing.

They accommodate us with the requests that I asked for with no problem. Also, it was very convenient to go to the diners and grocery stores nearby. I like that they have a big swimming pool.

The room and the hotel grounds were very pleasant, the room quiet and very comfortable.
Yes! The restaurant was closed at 2pm on a Sunday afternoon and your front staff apparently didn't even know, since they sent me over there for lunch. What's more, your restaurant staff had no idea where there were other restaurants in walking distance. Since I was relying on public transportation, and had chosen the hotel because it was on the Sequoia shuttle route and had a restaurant on premises, I was very disappointed that there was nothing there for lunch or dinner.
