Hampton Inn Tulsa-Sand Springs

Very clean and Quiet! Best sleep that I have ever had in a hotel. Location was good. Nice breakfast. Buffet was very well kept and clean. Loved that all the bedding was washed and clean!(this is not always the case at other hotels)Staff was helpful and friendly. I do travel to Oklahoma few times a year to visit family. Will definitely make you my first choice hotel.

We inadvertently left my mother's prescription in our room when we checked out. The next day when we realized what we had done, we called the hotel and asked if it had been found. It had! It was sent to us overnight--what a relief. We appreciated the staff so much for this.

It was close to Tulsa, it had plenty of parking, and most important to us, it was close to our relatives for a family reunion. The breakfast was fantastic in that it had absolutely everything, even for picky eaters. The warm cookies in the afternoon were some of the best I've ever had. The price was very reasonable considering the numerous amenities.

The shower in the room wouldn't turn on. None of the three adults in our room were able to budge the nob. The maintenance man explained that the faucet was leaking and the knob had to be turned hard otherwise you would hear dripping all night. He appeared to have fixed it. However, the next morning, the same thing occurred. My husband was not able to turn it on, but finally by applying his belt and with added leverage, he managed to turn it on. We had a blackout one evening. This caused the air conditioner to make crashing noises. That was fixed by the maintenance man who also tried to fix the shower. The ice machine downstairs was broken but the one upstairs did work. No one asked if we enjoyed our stay when we dropped off our keys.

The hotel was in a good location and easy to get to the Herb Festival.

The hair dryer did not work, breakfast buffet ran out of food and with only one person in the kitchen it took a longer than normal time to refill. The food was average at best. The desk clerk was sitting away from the desk where she could not be seen texting or playing on her phone. I would not pay the cost for this hotel again for what you get.

Loved Everything about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. We enjoyed our stay at your hotel.

Really clean wirl pool. Great beds!!! I highly recommend This Hotel. Great breakfast!!!! I really love you" brown bag" at desk. I didnt need one. Really nice and pleasant person met us immediately and friendly. Yes... 10 in my book!
