The price was great, location perfect for us, 10 minute walk from city centre

We were told on check-in that breakfast was included in the price (we pre-paid online) but were charged for breakfast on check-out, we had to pay cash. I don't think they were trying to scam us, it was probably a mix-up but it's very poor customer service. Staff were friendly otherwise. Room was fine, no frills, overall the place is a bit grotty but as budget hotels go it's above average

At 2.30 am Sunday morning, I was awakened by the presence of a male, sitting at the end of my bed. I was a single booking in room 301. I got an awful fright and this individual caused me some grief. He said that he was in room 302 and that iwas in the wrong room. He was very drunk . and awkward to handle, So I rang the night porter, who then came and removed himm from my room. I was so shocked. that I could not get back to sleep. I had an early rise at 07.30 to get my flight home. I went to reception the following morning to make my complaint, but the night porter had been releived. I had closed my door from the inside. Apparently some one let him into my room because I was in possession of the key to 301. I am anxious that you make compensation to me for this inconvenience.I was in the company of 23 other persons who were not very pleased when Itold them my story/ Thanks Eugene Meehan

Room too noisy side street. A soundproof.

Its location relative to the center of Toulouse. You can visit on foot. Breakfast, staff, pleasant!

Heating problem. It faisiat very hot in the rooms. The hot water was also cold water nonexistent (it rinses your teeth with warm water!)
