The owner (manager?) was delightful, as were the other staff as well. Terrific location. I liked the fact that the building was old! It had everything I needed.

Clove location, can walk to many locations and theaters. Right next to a chocolate shop. Staff was excellent. She helped us with reservations, times, new restaurants. Very helpful. Will always stay there.
Wifi was not goood in our rooms. Realize it's an old building , so that's the way it is.

The staff was great! It’s a charming old hotel in a perfect location. Our rooms were small so we met for drinks in the lobby before dinner each night. It was fun to meet other guests there. We would definitely stay again.
More seating at the foot of the stairs near the ice machine would be great.

The Albert Street Inn is ideally situated in a key area of town with easy access to great restaurants and two theatres. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, and at several times they made tremendous efforts to go above and beyond normal expectations for their guests.
The washrooms do not have fans in them which, combined with the humidity of southern Ontario, can be an issue for some travellers. This is due to the age of the building and regulations around its status, but the charm of the hotel trumped this minor inconvenience for this traveller.

Helpful staff, comfortable beds, spacious double room with table and 2 chairs.
Bathroom needs updating. Toilet flushing incomplete, tile chipped and broken.

The room was clean air conditioning worked well they allowed us early check-in which help facilitate are going to a family reunion. The bathroom was very clean and the bed was exceedingly comfortable with a wonderful duvet .....The only thing missing was a refrigerator in the room which would help keep food cold but all things considered it was a great deal. Staff was very friendly and accommodating anything anything you didn't like about the hotel already set the fridge
