The excellent customer service that I received from the man at the front desk. It was superb. I made me feel like I was at home and accommodated all of my needs when I arrived in town.

The size of the suite. The bed. The restaurant, especially for dinner. The courtesy, friendliness, and cheerfulness of the staff. We even got to meet the owner, who seemed sincerely interested in our comfort and was willing to listen to any complaints we had.
The loudness of the music during the evening, prior to midnight. Yet we were pleased that it concluded by midnight.

The desk clerks were very warm and friendly and informative. I liked the Keurig coffeemakers in our room - never used one before - so easy! Everyone smiles at you, in this hotel - very warm & personal.
Waitstaff could've been better. We had to keep searching for them, to get more coffee, etc.

I liked everything , staff , primarily Patrick at the front desk , was personable and very eager to help us get car service etc. , he had to work Christmas Day but yet was so nice , courteous and friendly .
Just the lobby furnishings , couches ripped , which I understand are going to be redone soon .

Nothing in particular, it was a business function.
I found my junior sweet spacious. However, it has seen alot of travelers. Furniture is nicked, rugs are worn. Patches in bathroom ceiling, caulking around tub, all show signs of wear and tear............... Jacuzzi tub would have been a wonderful idea, even attempted it, but to fill it quickly was impossible. Due to water pressure, it trickled out. I had little to no time to wait.
