I like the accessibility to Ballpark Village and Busch Stadium.
The service in the hotel restaurant was poor. We sat at a table for 10 minutes as servers walked past us and watched others get served first that had arrived after we did.

The location was fantastic! We went to the Cardinal game on Saturday afternoon and when it was over we just walked across the street and checked in. We parked our car there on Saturday morning and didn't have to move it until we left Sunday morning, walked everywhere.
No refrigerator in room (I would think for the price we paid there would be one). Water pressure in shower not so good. Other than that very satisfied and would stay there again.

The location is awesome for a Cardinal game. The roof top bar is phenomenal! The basement bar staff was less than adequate. My wife and I went in both nights to a group of employees that were not top notch. I'm sure that I am not the only guest to complain. I hope that this was a fluke. If not better next trip, I will not come back. There are too many other places to stay down town St Louis.

There was very little ammenties compared to the other hotel, for example no refrigerator, the mattress were not comfortable tv selections were limited cream for your coffee the first day and not the second day even though we asked the attendant taking care of our room.
