The rooms were very nice, peaceful and we enjoyed our stay there.
There were no coffee cups in the room the first day, but we talked to the maid and the next day we had cups. Not sure what happened, but all in all, we were happy.

Close to the park and river.
Requested premium room on riverside of building but got view of parking lot first night. Refrigerator in room was unplugged because it did not work. One side of room was empty because there was only one chair that went with desk. We had family over but no place for them to sit. Pool closed a couple hours early and no one on the staff knew why. Upon check out we found we were charged $18. for parking. Our deck (overlooking parking lot) was dirty.

We were able to move rooms when we arrived to accommodate an elderly person in our group. They arranged for rooms right next to each other…again much more convenient for us…thanks..when returning to Spokane we will probably use your facility again…Also felt very safe there with your parking lot security. We also loved the Coffee Bar available in the lobby area! Nice perk..didn't have to leave and get Starbucks!..Also the younger set enjoyed the workout area…Thanks for a nice stay!

The friendliness of the staff. When you asked them for help in finding someplace, they went out of their way to get the information for us.

-The hotel is easy to reach from the highway. We visit Spokane once a month.
-We loved the bed sheets, very "comfy"
-We didn't run low on hot water
-We appreciated the bar code ticket voucher while the parking gate was being serviced.
-The pillows felt thick. My wife and I agreed that our heads felt too propped-up throughout the night.
-While it might be characteristic of hotels because of the close proximity, we'd rather not hear our neighbors conversations through the walls or windows.

We had a gorgeous non-square room with a pretty view of trees. The bed was sooo comfortable. We love staying there right in the park.
The bartender touched and fondled my lemon wedge with bare hands. (shudder)

Front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and extremely courteous.
Limo driver was friendly and delivered party of 3 to a local restaurant from the hotel.
Room was very clean.
A real bonus that the hotel is on the river with a foot bridge through the park. Easy foot access to restaurants and shopping. The running/biking path along the river is an excellent option for an outside workout.
Hotel charges for parking.
